Why Pay more for your Florida home than you have to?

Unlike other management companies we believe that you shouldn't have to pay the full management fee per month when your home isn't even occupied, that's why we have created the

'Care Takers Plan'

We like to think of the relationship that we have with home owners as a two way partnership with both the owners and ourselves aiming to achieve the same goals. We understand that owners differ in many respects. Some owners want to attain maximum rentals by working hard at it themselves in partnership with us, and others are happy with a minimal amount of rental traffic, some prefer no guests at all in their homes and simply want us to look after it in their absence. 

Keeping this in mind we are happy to introduce 'care takers plan', we are here to work with all of our owners to meet their individual requirements.  You pay a flat fee of $150 per month which will fully take care of your home in your absence which includes the following:

• Professional Weekly pool care maintenance - performed by our fully trained CPO certified team

• Regular house checks

• Emergency call out (no extra charge), eg for the alarm

• Alerted immediately if any issues arise

• Arranging of contractors if needed

• High standards of quality control

• Trusted and dedicated staff

• Custom information and warning signs for your home

When you want to rent your home all you need to add is a $25 per week occupancy charge for us to be on call for all your guests needs:

• Personal meet and greet at home within 24 hours of arrival

• Emergency call out for all guests requirements (no extra charge)

• Preparation of home for special requirements eg, cribs, bbq, etc

• Check out list emailed directly to you with a detailed breakdown of any damage room by room
